    Great reference book

Great reference book. I design and write copy for websites and other media. I know I often have only seconds to grab a viewers attention and I have to 'say it with sizzle' as quickly as possible. This book covers several different categories of writing and is an easy read. I use it in both the brainstorming and the refining process. Ms. Oliver's tips empower my language.
