    Workouts Just Got Smarter

As a sports-minded Physical Therapist and admitted iron junkie, Pavel's 'theories-into-action' is a blast of pure oxygen compared to other 'get strong, get big' books. Some of the ideas he presents may sound like heresy to some lifters, but his methodology is sound and his program is outstanding. Perfect for busy folks-you can get a killer workout done in 15-20 minutes! Don't be afraid!

listen to the Evil russian and you will get strong

hello comrades, i am simon. i have been doing weights for about five years now and i always looked strong because of my muscle size but i was never any stronger. i wanted to become strong because i want to join the australian army. anyway i saw this book quiet acidentially when i was looking for bruce lee books (i went to dragon door website). i saw all of pavels stuff and i thought 'why not it cant make me any worse than what i am now', 2 weeks later i received power to the people book and video and i have to tell you that going a weak little think that use to just work my chest my shoulder press was 10 kgs now i do doubels that with one arm. my bench was 15kgs now i can do 62kgs because thats all the weight i have, i now deadlift 62 also. the deadlift has really helped me get strong. when people say ' Power To The People is bad for you', dont listen to them Pavel use to train the soviet special forces and has academic qualafications as well he knows what he is talking about when it comes to strength training. the other people dont they probably did some weekend course to become a personal trainer. everything that is on the blurb of the book is true. when pavel said ' become an off planet rock with only 2 exercises' i thought yeah what ever, but it is true. anyway but the book and do yourself a favour, the russians are light years ahead of us westerners, but not for long POWER TO THE PEOPLE.
