LOVE this book! This is so much more than just a cookbook. There is so much valuable info on Paleo superfoods and a detailed list of "yes" and "no" Paleo foods - and the "why's" behind them! I gave a copy to my mom, who doesn't even follow the Paleo diet, because it is a great resource on why we should and shouldn't eat certain foods. We've tried a few of the recipes and they are amazing! Can't wait to try more.  Definitely recommend for everyone-not just Paleo!

My new favorite Paleo book that is both a cookbook and educational!! This book is so great because everything is explained in such a way that it is easy to understand. It also provides so many practical recipes that are simple to make from Avocado Tomato Tarts to Caribbean Citrus Roasted Sweet Potatoes. I love the great creative twists on our familiar foods/weekly staples. I highly recommend this book!!!
