I have been performing HPLC assays for 3 years now and a few months ago was asked to help develop some new methods. Not knowing where to begin, I found this book, read the summary and took a chance on it: it payed off. This book covers everything one needs to know from the inital stages of development through the validation procedures. I thought I knew a lot about HPLC before I used this book, but I easily learned that much over again. A great resource for anyone developing HPLC assays. Was this review helpful?
