    I Also Recommend:

    Nicely done, accessible, and relevant

This was my first introduction to Plone. The book is clear, and the examples seem to work fine. By following the information in the book, I was able to bring up a Plone site on my computer and experiment with the site.

If you are new to Plone or would like to teach others who are new to Plone, this book would work well. Yes, it is thick - apparently a trend in technical books these days - but you needn't digest the entire work at once. The authors write in a style that is friendly and informal but reasonably professional.
