    Waste of time.

Mostly states fun facts and how the author feels about things. The rest is just common sense to me. The self defence part is really what got me, he claims no one but him has real fighting technique? Bull. I know i do, and my trainer who trains 3-4 hours a day - 6 days a week, does. ( MMA, american kempo, tai chi, bjj, boxing, jeet kun do, and hapkido.)
The rest of the stuff i read was somewhat useful, but i am not pleased the least bit.
