    Trying to pass the Praxis

This book is well written and is designed to help you. I like the layout of the book, and found it extremely helpful. The Cd-Rom is also a helpful tool. I still have to pass the Praxis, but I have found this book helpful and several in my class have recommened it to me.

    Best Praxis Guide

I bought two Praxis prep books and this was clearly the best one. Like a lot of people I gad several Praxis tests to take and this book prepared me for all of them. I found that paying a little extra for the CD was well worth it because the CR helped me practice in a computerized format. That made a big difference to me when I took the test.

This Book with the CD is the Best Praxis Prep

This book is just the best and I recommend it to all my friends. The CD gives you a chance to practice taking the tests in the computer format, which is the way most Praxis tests are taken now. It's a bargain because you can really prepare for all the PPST tests and all the Elementary tests and the PLT with one book. As a read about the tests I realized that the passing scores were all in the lower 25% or lower. That means that realistic practice tests are the most important thing and this book has the. Much better than the horrible ETS book for sure.

One Book to Pass Three Tests

This was the only book I needed to pass the three required Praxts tests. CD made a big difference as all the tests I took are now given on the computer. It is so much easier to register for computer tests can sometimes take them the same day. As much practice as you need and realistic practice tests made a big difference. Most people will only need this book for the PPST and the elementary school tests. Book makes you feel that the author is talking to you personally.

ALl I needed to pass three tests

This book is well organized and it gave me all I needed to pass the PPST and two elementary tests. I really liked the CD which let me take the PPST in the computer delivered form, which is how I took the test. I didn't have to spend a lot of extra money for individual books and I was not impressed with the Kaplan book, which does not even give you a CD. I can just say the book had all I needed and I hope it works for you.

Great Book But Get the CD Version

This book is an exceptionally helpful single-source preparation for the most popular Praxis Tests. This one book was enough to get me through all my tests. But I would recommend the book/CD version. Most of the tests in the book are now offered in the computer-based format and it really makes a difference to be able to take the tests on the CD in that format. Taking a test on a computer just has a different feel to it.

    Average at best.

I bought this book thinking it was the only one I would need, but I had to run to the library to pick up a book by Kaplan. The Kaplan had much more information and explained the examples and practice questions much better. Plus, I came across multiple errors and typos, which made it difficult to study. I would recommend this book as a last resort only.
