This book is completely out of date. It does not prepare you for the current Praxis tests., October 23, 2014

I knew the Praxis tests had changed and I am glad I did some research before buying a book. I don't like to make negative comments but the main test covered in this book is not given any more, and the other current tests are either not here or they have changed completely.
So I am just posting a helpful warning about this book and the official ETS book and others. THese books are completely out of date and it is unfair to customers to continue offering them for sale. I have no idea what Kaplan or ETS and others are thinking, but buying this book is just a waste of mone.
The Barrons Praxis 7th Edition is the only book I foumd that was completely up to date and very useful. That is the book I recommend.

    Eh - not very useful

This book covers a series of different tests from Praxis. I bought this book to review for the Praxis II test, but this book was not very helpful.

    Useful Study Guide

The study guide along with a couple of study sessions was helpful in passing the exam and my getting accepted into the educational program at the university of choice.

This book tried to cover too much

This book tried to cover too many different advanced tests. Over half the material was useless to those preparing for the PPST, without providing the depth to prepare for any of the advanced tests.
