This book is almost like have the test. I procrastinated and studied for the Elementary Education Content Knowledge test the night before using this book, and it had all of the information that was on the test. I passed with flying colors, but I'm sure that if I had studied longer than a day, I would have almost had a perfect score. This book is so underrated. I definitely suggest buying this, as it is really the only thing you need to guide your studying.

I feel this book covered all the current content in math, social studies and science. I supplemented with internet websites for more detailed explanations in math and science. I received a very good score using only this study strategy. However, I do have two faults with this book. The first is that the current edition of the test had only 20 questions each of social studies and science, the rest of the test was language arts and math. The practice tests in this book give each section an equal number of questions. Secondly, the type of questions asked on the language arts section were quite different than the questions covered in the book. The format of the questions was different, and the test covered a number of more recent topics like internet research, electronic sources, etc. I would recommend updating the language arts section.
