    Very very good

Having read EM Bounds, and several others on the power of prayer, this book comes as very basic and refreshingly simple approach to understanding what is going on when you pray. The questions at the end of the chapters are directive to the main points. Good for teaching basic stuff, but by no means a shallow book.
