One of the Greatest Books on the subject

Every Prayer and Fasting book is different. This is a great one for beginners, but even people who have fasted many times can learn something. Awesome book. Highly recommended. I plan to buy more books from this author.

    Learn to Fast and Pray

This book will really help you to understand the reasons behind fasting and praying. It is a very good study tool to have on the subject. It has help me to understand that fasting is just as important as prayer.
