Meet the Author

I designed the NASA's logo that was done with bent one line for each letter of "N", "A", "S", "A" that had been retired thankfully. I didn't receive any compensation for it. I just gave it away. I was hoping I would garner some name recognition but it didn't quite turn out that way. I was in a very delicate situation back in 1979 and early 1980s.
I also designed the logo for intel. One with letter "e" dropping about half way. I was hoping to get paid but at the last minute this woman who set up the meeting for both of us, I and the man from intel, intervened and mangled the deal. I had gotten nothing out of that to my dismay.

    Well

It is much better than "Catish". It is funny how little one can know about the creatures who share our earth. I would say this person does get a little check mark of good energy due to his actions and the outcome was positive. Things are very different in Japan about pet ownership and it is sad that this person has not really gotten to know cats. I give him a slow blink but he has no idea what I mean.

A really cute and easy read.

The book was well written and enjoyable to read. If the author has
other books to his credit, I would like to get them to read.

    Heart Jerker

This short story is beautiful from beginning to end. It is unfortunate how it ends, but serves as a great testimony to the conditions pets endure in Japan and those who wish they could help more. A very good read!

    Liked it

I liked this true short story about a young Japanese man and a young, frightened, stray cat. Though the encounter was a new experience for him, he recognized her needs and did what he could to help her predicument, learning a lot about this wonderful creature in the process. Very, very short read. Free. Nothing to lose! Worth the read.

    Ok

A very short story about a stray cat in Japan. I wouldn't pay for it, but it's ok.

    This lady loves cats!

Life lesson showing compassion is valuable. Would make a good grade school reading/discussion assignment or just a pleasent read.
