    Although I love it...

    Although I love my bible and carry it everywhere with me I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is a bit more mature in their vocabulary because it can seem a bit elementary at times. I'd prefer and NASB over NLT because I don't really feel that this simplified language captures all the beauty that the KJV or NASB version capture. However, the Bible is beautiful and I think that any young lady would be thankful to receive it,it's a good bible to start of with someone who is a bit younger in age.

    Great Bible for ANYONE!!!

    This bible is great. It looks so pretty. You would never expect such beauty for the price. I also purchased the floral tabs to go with this. I carry this with me EVERYWHERE! Beacuse of the series (NLT), it is VERY easy to understand. There are no "the, thou, thus" in this bible. It is a wonderful gift Bible to give to someone who has not read the word before.

    IN LOVE WITH IT...

    This Bible makes scriptures so much more personal. I'm a fan of the King James Version, but if you are looking for a bible that is easy to understand yet loses nothing in traslation, this is the one. I have recommended it to many friends.
