    This book was very helpful

I have been a massage therapist for 2 years and have done pregnancy massage but have always done basically just a an altered regular relaxation massage because i lacked the confidence and knowledge to perform a more result oriented massage on a pregnant woman. This book gave me so much knowledge and was one of the best excecuted texts i have ever read. Everything in there was useful and very detailed. She explained pregnancy in such detail from physical changes to emotional changes and how as a massage therapist i could safely effect change. I feel very confident now and have expanded my practice to include more pregnancy massage.
