Answers to ease your mind for many questions; very good!

We need to be our own health advocate; this book is indispensible in that regard. The comparisons between the drug and the more natural approach are well written, easily understood and informative. Side effects are explained very well (we do not get this depth of info from our doctors). The only drawback is the age of the edition I purchased - 2008 (now 4 yars old). Looking forward to a newer edition soon.
