Meet the Author

I write contemporary erotic romance novels. Contemporary because having sex without birth control is a scary thought. Erotic, because I love to read books with sex scenes in them, so I write them too. And romance because the drive to pair up is a most basic human need, but the ways it can happen are endlessly fascinating.

I write contemporary erotic romance novels about strong, independent women who are busy living their lives. When they meet equally strong, independent men, the sparks fly! Sooner or later one or both of them realize they are meant to be together for the long-term, and the "dance of love" moves to a whole new level of seriousness. I write happily-ever-after endings, because I really believe they are possible...not easy, but achievable. And I write hot scenes between the heroine and hero because that's the way they tell me their stories in my head!

(Please note this book has an attempted rape scene during which the heroine who has been raped before, manages to disable her attackers.)

    Highly Recommended!!!!!

I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this ebook. I felt that the characters were interesting and I practically read this book straight through without putting it down. The fact that this was an interacial romance and also erotically charged added a nice flavor to the mix. Thank you Ms. McGier for an enjoyable read.

    Good Read.

To quote another reviewer, very enjoyable. Some editing would have helped, but overall, the storyline was very good.

    Good read

I enjoyed the main characters, both assured, strong people. An enjoyabe love story, Tanora found her strength in herself and her lover helped ensure all that she was. The family gathering at the end was lovely. A nice, strong, loving family whose values continued on with their children.

    Love is a mystery

Good story which was over 300 pages. Yes, it had sex scenes but not badly written. Nice to read. Hope you enjoy it!

Ms McGier Needs to Check Her References

The story line is good. The chacters are believeable. There is too much sex for the length of the novella unless it is supposed to be erotica. The author also made reference to 'The Thin Man' but obviously hasn't read the book by Dashell Hammet or watched the movies recently. the main characters are NICK (not Rick) and Nora Charles.

    Poor writing skills

This was probably the worst book I have read in a long time. The writing style was not consistent, it was really hard to keep focus. Hardly erotica but a really bad romance that read waaaay too long. Dont waste the time to download.
