    Prescription for Natural Cures

I purchased the book based on the recommendation of a friend. It was the best thing I could have done! The research has led to a reduction of my asthma, the purchase of good vitamin and mineral supplements and a change in eating and lifestyle. I feel better physically and mentally as a result.
