    Prescription for Natural Cures

I purchased the book based on the recommendation of a friend. It was the best thing I could have done! The research has led to a reduction of my asthma, the purchase of good vitamin and mineral supplements and a change in eating and lifestyle. I feel better physically and mentally as a result.

Highly recommended as a guidebook for supplements

Lists supplements good for certain health issues, stick to more common ones for safety. Accupressure points may help relieve some pain. Think diet recommendations should be followed in moderation .
