This book is pretty much the master guide to presentation design. It's in the name of the book and it doesn't lie. The author is very successful and he really knows and does what he teaches you in this book. Fantastic book and Highly recommend to anybody that has a real job

Garr Reynolds is a zen master... at demonstrating how you can enhance your presentations through clarity and design sense. His second in the Presentation Zen series is a must-have for presenters of all kinds who are serious about stepping up their game! If you want the information you present to have the greatest impact, the examples in PZ Design will help you pitch the bullet points and pull in the style.
Reynolds draws from his experiences with Japanese culture (wabi-sabi, umbrella making, go-shiki, and more) to demonstrate to the reader how less can be so much more. Examples of BAD powerpoint are used as contrast against several examples of good slides, so that the reader immediately sees the differences between the two... and more importantly, comes away with various visions of a more powerful way to make the same point.
As a former humanities major who never expected to have to learn how to craft visuals, reading Reynolds' books was the college class I never took. I now know what good choices in color, placement, negative space, and fonts LOOK like and can use these better choices to my advantage. People remember my presentations now, and my content comes together in a much more cohesive way. Sayonara, death by powerpoint! This book is my secret weapon, and it can be yours too.
