    An Absolute Must Have!

This book gives the reader the confidence to use a pressure cooker without the fear and horror-stories that we all grew up with. Gives lots of tips and tricks, information and recipes. Definitely not a cookbook that you will use for just one recipe once in awhile. You must try the recipes for cheese cake! It is best cheese cake that I have eaten and only takes about 25 minutes to cook! Will give Sara Lee a run for the money. I am now using my pressure cooker 4-5 times a week!
