I was worried that since they put two books together for this low price that maybe these books were not Tess Gerritsen's best books. I was WRONG. They were just as good as her other books. If you like Tess Gerritsen books you will not be disappointed.

I got hooked on Tess Gerritsen's (Rizzoli & Isles series) and kept downloading one Nook book after another over the course of a couple of weeks. After reading the last book on the series, I ventured on to her other stand-alone books (Bone Garden, Harvest, etc). After exhausting that venue, I bought this book (Presumed Guilty & Keeper of the Bride) and I was very disappointed. The characters didn't meld well and the storyline was anything but believable. I kept shaking my head throughout this very poorly written book. I'm glad that I didn't start out with this book of Tess Gerritsen's or I wouldn't have purchased all the other ones in rapid succession. Don't waste your money on this one...

I was very disappointed with these books, both were supposed to be mysteries, but both are really romance books, where the girl falls in love with her defender, one a cop and the other her dead lovers brother. Story lines are not believeable, I have followed Tess Gerritsen for years and have read most of her books, I cannot believe she even wrote these. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone but people that like romance books.
