President Clinton's diet and association with Dr. Esselstyn first got my attention. Although I haven't fully subscribed to all of Dr. Essselstyn's recommendations (I still eat some chicken, salmon and use a little oil) I'm moving in that direction. I haven't focused on weight since my goal was simply to be healthy but I've lost 40 lbs. and am pleased with the results so far (4 mos. of change). His findings and recommendation make a lot of sense to me.
You can find many interviews like this online for free. Don't waste your money. Save it and buy Dr. Esselstyn's book in full, instead.
Very true and to the point. I love big books, but I also like these kind of inserts/interviews that get right into the thick of the subject. I will be buying his book!
