Lots of delicious recipes to try. I found way over half appealing, and I'm a picky eater. Recipes have room for some substitutions. Nic format. Pictures a plus. 99 pgs

This is a cookbook done right! The formatting is perfect, which is not always the case when trying to find ebook formats. The pictures are small, important for ppl who are rationing their memory, but still of great quality. Prevention has a good thing here and I will be adding them to my safe list of quality cookbook providers.

Check portion size before starting. Average chicken portion size is 3 to 4 ounces. May be too small to feed hungry teens and men. Photography could be made more appealing.

These are good recipes to have with you. I can check the ingredients at the grocery store via my Nook, so will be making them.
