I originally found this book at my local library...I kept it out so long that I had to buy my own copy! The recipes are delicious...it is hard to believe they are healthy & low-fat! Another great feature of this book is the menus, which are based on the seasons (spring, summer, etc.) so that you can take advantage of the fresh foods in your area that are in season...lovely, light dishes for warm weather & heartier dishes for cold weather! I cannot say enough in praise of this book...it is definitely a keeper!
