Priceless Jazz

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
Although it is by no means a definitive collection, GRP's Priceless Jazz is a nice sampler of Louis Armstrong's Decca work, highlighted by "I'm in the Mood for Love," "Ain't Misbehavin'," "Struttin' with Some Barbecue," "Gone Fishin'," "What a Wonderful World" and an alternate take of "Solitude." There's nothing rare on the compilation, so it's not necessary for collectors, but it's not a bad sampler for casual fans.
