Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice has not only captured the imagination of many as a good romance novel, but it also created a desire for the reader to know how two people, so different in disposition, could move to the other side of society without hurting one or the other’s feelings or the feelings of their respective loved ones.
The question in the reader’s mind is: “Was all forgiven and forgotten, or did the reality of the situation estrange not only Elizabeth and Darcy but the extended family?” Pride and Prejudice Surrendered is the answer to the question.

not too bad, spelling bad, nook book purchase left out first 16 chapters
I was thrilled when I thought that this version of Pride and Prejudice would compliment the original Jane Austen's original, but it truly did not do it any justice. Elizabeth and Darcy was just portrayed horribly; very indifferent towards each other with no feeling of innocent passion between them. The verbiage and spelling was something you just couldn't believe. What ever happen to proofreading and spell check before publishing a book!
