Prime Cuts, Vol. 2

All Music Guide - Greg Prato
One of rock guitar's most respected -- yet seemingly ofttimes overlooked -- players is certainly Steve Morse. While he's best known for his stints with such bands as the Dixie Dregs, Kansas, and Deep Purple, Morse has also issued albums on his own, as well as a multitude of collaborations and appearances on tribute albums -- quite a few of which are collected on the 2009 compilation, Prime Cuts, Vol. 2.
