Overview

As our bodies age, we often come to regard aches and pains as a part of the process. After all, we rely on our muscles, joints, and bones for years of activity and movement. Pain comes with the territory, right?

Wrong. According to Randy Raugh, fitness director of the Life Enhancement Center at Canyon Ranch, pain doesn't have to be a normal part of the aging process. Through his work with thousands of men and women, Raugh has found the tests and exercises that work to help people of any age keep their muscles, joints, and bones feeling young and functioning optimally. Now, in Prime for Life, he shares his revolutionary approach so you, too, can stay active, free of pain, and feeling young.

Starting with diagnostic tests to help you target the source of your pain, Raugh then prescribes specialized exercises to help strengthen the area and alleviate discomfort. Prime for Life addresses pain and injury associated with every major muscle group to arm you with all the tools you'll ever need to take care of any ache or pain that pops up.

Backed by solid research and more than two decades of experience, Prime for Life is the answer to life's nagging injuries and chronic pain.
