Here, she offers a body, mind, and spirit approach for a healthy and wholesome lifestyle. She shares basic tips about health and eating, such as the alkaline diet (proposed by Dr. Robert Young); discusses the benefits of music, serotonin, and dopamine on the physical well-being; and highlights the spiritual benefits resulting from love, gratitude, and good relationships. While some of the advice in this book is thousands of years old (meditative breathing has been around for quite some time), Vargas presents it in an organized and modern manner.
