I loved this book!! Finished it in two days. I am a long time fan of Deveraux and have read most all of her books. This is my 2nd favorite, my favorite being "Knight in Shining Armor". I think this was written before "Knight" but am not sure. The story was very good and flowed well--kept my interest from beginning to end. The characters were believeable and it led up to a really good ending. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Even tho it was a mistake reading this -thought it was a young adult book, bc where i bought it they just had them all together, not under categories -_-...... yeah.- it was great. Just, uh, a few.... sensual.... parts. She grows up, and is much more experienced to run her struggeling country. He learns How to love with his whole heart. An exelent read.

The plotline was ridiculous! The hero was annoying, rude, and arrogant and the heroine pathetic. The Princess evidentally was so used to being served and dressed that she was rendered incabable of undressing herself. Not even able to pull a nightgown over her head. Wish I had those few hours back.

i absolutely loved this book! i was up all night finishing it because i just could not put it down. i loved the storyline because it was so different from any book i had read before it involved america and europe times which was nice. and the sex wasn't overdone like a lot of books i've had to put down. nice job! i can't wait to read some more of her books!!

Someone recommended this as a "clean romance novel." It's not. And the writing is not all that good either. Frustrated, because it could have been a story if the smut was left out. Blah!

This book was OK. An easy read. Typical of Jude Deveraux in that her romance is nice, easy romance not very sexy and none of the characters are really bad. Just nice and easy.

My life is different then yours," she said. She pulled herself onto Firnen and he took off with her on his back.

This book was funny at times and had its moments of frustration when two different cultures collided. I found this book kept you in suspense from beginning to end and also that love was over whelming to both sides. It was a great read.

It's a Jude Deveraux--steamy! It's as good as any of her other books and if you're looking for a quick romance, this would be a good one to choose.
