Editorial Reviews

From The Critics
A textbook for an undergraduate course in a medical curriculum that, in addition to providing information, is intended to help establish travel medicine as a distinct specialty. Contributors from a wide range of medical specialties overview general principles for keeping people health while they travel, then discuss infectious diseases, prevention and management, travel hazards, environmental hazards, and practical issues for special populations.
