Intended primarily for Principles of Macroconomics courses, this text also provides practical content to current and aspiring industry professionals.
Reviewers tell us that Case/Fair/Oster is one of the all-time bestselling POE texts because they trust it to be clear, thorough and complete. Case/Fair/Oster readers also come away with a basic understanding of how market economies function, an appreciation for the things they do well, and a sense of things they do poorly. Readers begin to learn the art and science of economic thinking and begin to look at some policy and even personal decisions in a different way.

Title is VERY misleading. If you rent, it does NOT come with an access card for the website, even though you have to pay almost double what you would for renting just the book. After calling customer service the refunded me the difference, but I was still left without an access card and had to purchase one separately after classes already started. When I got the rental, the cover was frayed and scuffed all over, smelled like cat pee, and was excessively highlighted. I will not be renting through Barnes and Noble again.
