Overview

This book appears to be another in a series of books explaining, or introducing the Esoteric dimensions of Man...... while at the same time using a special "Esoteric Truth" lens to view [expose] a most unusual phenomenon we currently refer to as Progressivism.

If you have ever wondered how it is that a conservative and a liberal seem to talk past one another, and neither seems to "hear" what the other is saying.... this book explains what causes this phenomenon. This book also explains how this phenomenon is Psychological, and not something ones brain can explain. The term "Psychological" refers to those dimensions of Man that the brain cannot perceive, think about, or discover. And this may come as a surprise to many?

This book is not an easy or quick read. The reason is that most of this book reveals phenomena that is largely denied, ignored, or feared in America today. The Esoteric two-thirds of Man, in other words. That is, the MIND and Spiritual realms "within" Man. And, the author insists, "it is not possible to study Man, and certainly not possible to understand Man while in denial of two-thirds of Man". Perhaps the author has a point?

Chapter One

What Is the Triad of Man?

The phrase: "Triad of Man" refers specifically to the fact that Man is composed of three simultaneously existing energy realms, or dimensions, and each of these is a unique vibrational plane, in and of itself. This structure of Man is replicated by Life in that Life is also composed of three simultaneously existing, and yet entirely separate dimensions. What ones physical eyes can "see" is the physical dimension of life. But there are two additional dimensions of Life [the capital "L" Life is used to denote the overarching Reality within which everything exists].

The other two dimensions of Life are referred to as the "Esoteric" within Man. These Esoteric dimensions are the MIND and Spiritual dimensions of Man. I prefer saying "of" rather than "within" Man because these two Esoteric dimensions do actually exist simultaneously with the physical dimension of Man. To suggest they are "within" Man causes us to imagine they are confined by the physical structure of Man. And, this is certainly not the case. Man, or the Whole Human Being, or the Triad of Man, are simply ways of saying that Man consists of three simultaneously existing, and yet entirely separate vibrational realms, all of which share the same time and space. But only one of these is physical. And what will strike most people as odd, is the fact that the MIND realm is in actuality two completely separate regions of Creation. Need a resource to check so that you can continue, having assured yourself that I am not pulling the wool over your eyes? [The Path of the Masters, by Julian P. Johnson, Bibliography].

I have just realized something most important regarding myself, this book, and my writing in general. When I read something, or I hear something, I automatically "check it out" using my own "intuition". If it rings true, I continue to listen or read. But if it rings untrue, then I immediately become skeptical. I just realized that not everyone has this faculty of intuition available to themselves as acutely as I do.

All of a sudden, my whole life stands still while I run up and down it, looking at various incidents where my ignorance of this Reality would have substantially altered my interactions in these incidents. Let me take the reader into a related memory that I experienced in 1978, that is related but also different. I was born with a strong faculty of intuition, and a ready grasp of the MIND-level motivations driving those around me. But, when I was three years of age, I ordered my Apapsyche [explained momentarily] to never allow me to access this ability again. The incident that caused me to do this was a confrontation with my mother in which I believed that if I did not cut off all "need" of her, and all "evidence" of my "Self", that I was in danger of being killed by her. This is detailed elsewhere in this book.

My point, relative to my present discovery is that, this little awareness that not everyone is capable of using intuition as a natural and unfailing means of judging what one sees and hears, was blocked in myself from age three until I underwent my own psychotherapy in 1978, as part of my Masters program in Psychology and Psychotherapy. At the time of my catharsis, I awakened my intuition once again, but because it is for me so natural, I tend to forget that this faculty is not something everyone has.

I have held an intellectual awareness that not everyone has this faculty available to themselves for quite some time, but what I have just awakened to is what this book is attempting to explain. I have just now Accepted the Truth that this faculty of intuition is unavailable to some people. I now Know this to be a fact, and this is quite different from holding the belief within my brain and thinking. An intellectual awareness can be known by people who are "ready" to possess such a fact. But holding this fact intellectually is not Knowing it as a Truth, or a bit of Knowledge that no one can dissuade one from Knowing.

Those people who demand that the author of a book they are reading place copious citations corroborating what the author is stating.... are "Thinkers". They read so as to try to discover what they do not Know. They seek an intellectual understanding, and they seek corroboration because they are unable to "Know" from "within" themselves whether or not what they are reading is True or not?

I have a special gift relative to the MIND realm, and this "fact" is known by many of my clients, students, and family members. But my expertise has never been recognized within the fields of "psychology" or mental health. When I was first beginning my practice, this inability to share what I Know was very frustrating to me. I persisted for almost a dozen years trying to interest mental health professionals in what I knew about the MIND and the Esoteric dimensions of Man. In hindsight the problem was a peculiar one. That is, the nature of the brain is to "think" that it "knows" what a word means if it holds that word within itself. In other words, if ones brain sees the word "mind", and ones brain can spell this word, define it, and use it in a sentence, then ones brain will "think" that it knows what the term "mind" means.

The problem with this normal and perfectly natural process of thinking is that when dealing with "abstract words" [MIND, Soul, God, Spirituality, Conscience, etc.], these terms only "stand for" what they point to, they cannot convey the actual experience of what they "stand for". Since these words all point to Esoteric realities that are not part of the physical plane, and the brain will never be able to experience these Esoteric dimensions of Man, the brain has no way to differentiate between what it thinks a word means, and what that word actually "stands for".

So in the past, when I would submit a proposal to some level of government, and I would use the term MIND [in an attempt to emphasize the fact that I was speaking of something different than what most "think" the term "mind" means] the reader of my proposal would "think" that I was proposing the same thing the person was doing.

After a number of years, it became apparent that I simply could not "convey" what those reading my proposals did not "know". There was no way for me to awaken from within someone what that person was not "ready" to awaken to, in other words. So, I ceased trying to share my expertise with those who were unable to "see" what I was offering, and instead began focusing my efforts on teaching students who were open to what I was able to help them awaken to from within themselves.

This book is quite similar in some respects with my proposals early in my career. It is offering the public an opportunity to awaken to a great many new concepts from within themselves that are not generally known by those familiar with or trained in modern mental health, or BS&bp [Behavioral Science and the oxymoron "behavioral psychology"]. So, paradoxically, the more familiar you are with BS&bp, the more likely it is you will find this book strange and difficult to accept. But then, it is just as likely that you will use this book to awaken a great many new bits of higher truth for yourself.

Some people view this physical plane as the only life there is. Or, while acknowledging that there "might be" other dimensions to life, the only one that matters is the physical dimension. Those individuals tending to view life in this way are individuals confined to the brain and thinking as their primary resource for understanding life. What seems important to me is that these individuals are not "ill", nor are they unnatural. This then raises the question: What would be the purpose for human beings NOT being aware of all three dimensions of themselves and of Life? And not having a burning desire to explore what they do not understand?

Do you have answers to these questions?

If you cannot answer these questions, do not be alarmed. It is the truly rare individual who would be able to answer these questions. The answers to such questions would be rare to find even among the mystics of the world. Mystics are, after all, not interested in Psychology, they are interested in the Spiritual dimension. The "key" to answering such questions is what this book is attempting to provide the reader regarding the Esoteric.

Answering questions bearing on the Esoteric are most easily answered by those familiar with the Purpose of Life. It is reasonable, it is not, to expect that Life would reflect the Purpose for which it exists? But, perhaps I have moved well beyond the capability of intellect? I am speaking after all about Life, and Life consists of three dimensions, not just one. And two of these dimensions cannot be perceived by the brain or physical senses. And the intellectual is limited to the brain, thinking, and abstractions.

So..... we may have reached an impasse that is uniquely revealed in this book. There are two basic and fundamentally different types of people. And to "illustrate" this difference, I use an analogy I refer to as the Ladder of Life [Chapter 2]. A person differs from others based on the "Psychology" of oneself. To comprehend this last sentence, one must have a sense of what I mean by "Psychology"? I use the term Psychology as the ancient Greeks intended this term to be used. Where you aware, by the way, that the ancient Greeks intended Psychology to be a study of the Esoteric dimensions of Man? And ONLY a study of the Esoteric dimensions of Man. When we contrast this intent of the ancient Greeks with what most "think" BS&bp is today, there is no comparison at all.

Psychology is a study of the Esoteric dimensions of Man. And please note that there is no reference to the physical dimension of Man. The study of what is called "psychology" today is like buying a carton of milk, and "thinking" that simply looking at this carton will provide all the nourishment your child needs. Do I exaggerate?

What Knowledge do we expect people to awaken to [regarding their own Psychology] by studying the physical dimension of Man? While you ponder this question, let us move on. In 2010, we have over a century of speculation by intellectuals about what they "think" Psychology might mean? Each of them places as many citations from others just like themselves, hoping apparently to reach some "magic" number of citations, and then suddenly the Esoteric MIND will manifest itself for them in a petri dish.

What I have finally concluded is that it is not possible to convey the concept that the Esoteric dimensions of Man do not consist of physical energy to those who are "locked" into the Left-Hemispehre of the brain and thinking. There are psychologists who use millions of tax dollars each year to cut the brain into smaller and smaller pieces in hopes of finding within one of those pieces the MIND of Man. Will they cease doing this? Not until they can accept the concept the brain cannot perceive the MIND.

But what is the reason the typical BS&bp professional has such a difficult time with the concept of the Esoteric dimensions of Man being beyond the reach of the brain?

In my book, Death of Psychology That Nobody Noticed, published by Publish America, I went into some detail regarding the reason B. F. Skinner, was so fearful of the Esoteric dimensions of Man. Essentially the answer goes back to the basic division between people referred to earlier. That is, the difference between the "Thinkers" and the "enlightened". Sometime in the last decade I came to realize that the DM=SI [Defense Mechanism equals Subtle Insanity] of the MIND of some people blocks those people from gaining access to their Apapsyche [I was going to explain Apapsyche]. And it is only via ones Apapsyche and its faculty of intuition that one can access ones store of Conscience, Discretion, Knowledge and Empathetic Understanding, or CDK&EU.

Please note that I suggest that it is a "store" of CDK&EU. To have a store of something one must first put something in ones store, right? But let us return to this point shortly, it is time to say a few words about the "Apapsyche".

What I refer to as the "Apapsyche" is a combination of the Sanskrit term "Apas", which means "work or working", and the Greek term "psyche", which means "Self, Soul, and MIND: Note these are all abstract terms referring to the Esoteric dimensions of Man. By combining Apa and psyche we get Apapsyche, and the term Apapsyche is the Operational Energy of the Soul. When Rene Descartes said: I think, therefore I am, what allowed him the awareness to think was his Apapsyche.

The Soul, in my scheme of Reality, is composed of an Energy I call Neutral Spiritual Energy, or NSgy. This is the Absolute Energy of God, the Soul, and of Spirituality itself. The criteria I set forth for such an Energy is that it had to be: Permanent; Unable to change; And could not be other than it is, ever. This applied to Truth, for which I was seeking a Home. But, if ones Soul could not be other than it is, how could it interact with the three completely separate realms of Man, or of Creation for that matter? I had found a Home for Truth, but I had made it virtually impossible for the Soul to do what it must do to work its way up the Ladder of Life [Chapter 2].

About this time in my developing a complete structure for the Psychology of the Whole Human Being, I intuited a flash of memory of the term "Word", and also the term "Shabd". What these two terms have in common is that they are one in the same thing, but are called by different names in Christianity and Hindi. What the Shabd did for God, I eventually reasoned "something" could do for the Soul. That is, allow the Soul to interact with the multiple planes of Creation and at the same time remain aloof and separate from them. This concept turned into the term Apapsyche. And the Apapsyche uses two Aspects with which it operates. One is the Attn Aspect, which is the focusing and attention aspect, and the second is the Awar Aspect, which is the experiencing aspect. The Awar Aspect always follows the Attn Aspect, and what the Attn Aspect is focused upon is what the Awar Aspect is experiencing. You might want to go over this basic set of dynamics a couple times, since a great deal of this book utilized this concept.

Regarding the "store" of CDK&EU, which, in my bag of Esoteric tools are the result of ones completing ones Karma.... which is the work of a grouping of Esoteric elements that I collectively refer to by the term "Esotransmutation". Loosely, this means that some Karma that has resided on some MINDLine within ones MIND has finally been "completed", and this means that a previously dissociated bit of ones Apapsyche was used to create some MIND-level emotional trauma, and it is now time for that to be converted from a trauma into some remarkable collection of CDK&EU by the process of Esotransmutation [to read about this process: ]. And this CDK&EU will be stored within ones Apapsyche per se, and increase ones Spiritual Evolution, the amount of which determines which rung of the Ladder of Life ones Soul resides. Which in turn determines at what level of relative truth one operates.... and this brings us to the basic difference between Thinkers and enlightened.

And mind you, all the while you are being born, living, dying, etc. Where one resides upon the Ladder of Life is quite important, even crucial relative to how much access one has to ones intuition, and via that, how much access to ones CDK&EU one has. It is also very important to remember that ones intellectualism is also related to where on the Ladder of Life one is perched. But not in the way most people might "think".

Surprising to me was the realization that ones intellectualism is primarily tied to ones Fate Karma and which rung of the Ladder of Life upon which one is perched. Ones store of CDK&EU is not a factor in those with high intellectualism. What is a factor in ones intellectualism is ones MIND, and the concept of "compensation". Those Souls perched upon the lower half of the Ladder of Life are naturally compensated by an increased intellectualism because they have a greatly reduced store of CDK&EU. But this means that with an increased intellectualism one must also be "guided" more by ones MIND. Not unlike a teenager having to "earn" the trust of a parent before the teenager is allowed to take the family car out alone.
