How do you find the perfect match for the boss from hell?

Katherine Murphy needs to know. Her obsessive, demanding supervisor has given her an assignment that goes way beyond the call of duty: find her a man. But not just any man—he must have the perfect combination of good looks, job security, and solid genes to make him daddy-worthy. So, with a lofty promotion being dangled in front of her, Katherine dives back into the dating pool to find another woman's Mr. Right. . .

There is, however, a problem with Katherine's approach: for some reason, going up to strange guys and asking if they're ready for fatherhood is getting her nowhere. Which is why she recruits her best friend Luc to help with the man hunt. As he drags her out to gallery openings and bars, Katherine develops a new appreciation for Luc. But when Katherine strikes out in her search and Luc steps up to the plate as her boss's next date, she realizes he's perfect. Maybe too perfect to waste on someone else. . .

The name of the book caught my eye and when I read the description I thought how different, yet cute it sounded so with the click of my button I bought it. Boy whata good and bad thing to do. I bought it at midnight while I was browsing books before bed. I immediately started reading thinking one chapter wouldn't hurt. One turned into two and so on and even though I kept telling myself to stop I couldn't. I stayed up til 3 am and finished it. It was an adorable story with great characters and unique plot. If you think you will read all night, make sure you can sleep the next day.

Loved it! It was predictable, but I still just simply loved this book. It made me "feel good"! Once it was over I had a huge goofy grin on my face.

This a 193 page book. I laughed and cried. The writing was easy to read and very enjoyable. The title through me and at first I didn't want to read it. I am glad I did. It is about a Katherine needing a promotion and asking her best friend Luc for help. Her boss wants a baby and it has to be a specific kind of man. Along the way you fall in love with all them. I love how Kat has all these fact about misc things and says them when she is nervous. I couldn't put the book down and almost got in trouble at work for wanting to finish reading it. Oops.

I couldn't finish three chapters of this book, that's how bad it was.  It was like it was written by a 16 year old, so amateurish.  I wasted $3.99 on this book, I wouldn't have paid 99 cents for it.  Don't waste your money, skip this book and find one by an author who writes like a professional.  Try Marie Force, Jennifer Probst, Shannon Stacey, etc.

This book got me hooked on romance novels. I just couldn't put it down. Definitely a must read. Very funny with a lovable heroine. In fact any book by this author is highly recommended. I've read alot of books over the years but this one will always be my all time fav, lol but then again you know what they say about your first ;)

Kathryn Murphy a researcher has been tasked with finding a man. Not any man, but one with specific traits. Not for herself, but for her boss! Kathryn is a remake of Bones, with Luc, her special friend, as Booth. There are some funny moments, especially when Kathryn walks up to total strangers and asks some very PRIVATE questions. To say that she has no social skills, is putting it mildly. I found the book to be somewhat bland, although this is one of those "it's my thing/or not my thing" kind of books. I love Bones, but this just didn't do it for me.

A crazy assignment from her boss leads Kat on one misguided mission after another. Her best friend Luc is a lovable character who you identify with much more than Kat. You often want to knock Kat on the side of her head so she'll wake up to reality, but hey, it makes for entertaining reading.

PROJECT DADDY by Kate Perry has an ending I did not expect. This novel take you on a mind-boggling journey of a research project that leads you into situations you would not expect. Katheryn, the researcher, is from a dysfunctional home who is so involved in trying to reach a success level so high that she almost lost her dream. This is a book you will not want to put down until you have read it through from beginning to end.

I really wasn't expecting much from this book, but I really enjoyed it. Light hearted and easy to get into with interesting characters. It was any light read.

The plot's been done before, but you'll want to read this for the main character. She's hysterical!

I thought this story was cute and loved the way the main character evolved from being a work-a-holic who only wanted to please her boss to get a promotion to realizing that getting a promotion and a house were not all she needed.
