Great book to get up to speed

This book has been a life saver. I am not a PM but have had to fill that role on several projects. This book is perfect for getting the skills to not only organize a project but also to COMMUNICATE the project to other managers and staff.

There are so many phrases and words that are meaningful to professional PMs and when you can speak their language it makes managing their expectations a cake walk.

This is a must have for the PM waiting in the wing, you will thank yourself for reading it.
