This book proved useful on many fronts. It informs and educates at the same time. I don't have time to read every book on project management, but I made time for this one and would recommend it without hesitation.

Nook version very poorly formatted. The book is a classic, and a great resource to someone just getting into a role of project management. However, whoever converted this to nook format seems to have just hit "convert" and done absolutely no quality control. Many headings are simply cut short, tables display incorrectly. There are also sentences where parts sentences where parts repeat themselves, which makes it very confusing. As much as the book focuses on quality of a project and not skimping on the final steps, whoever managed the project of getting this into ebook format did not follow this advice.
