Promise: An Anthology of Young Writers - Rena's Promise Intl. Creative Writing Camp 2011by Heather Dune Macadam, Anne O'Rourke (Contribution by), Jason Richardson (Contribution by), Evelyn Weinstein (Contribution by), Mimi Goss (Contribution by)
Created to further the vision of Holocaust survivor Rena Kornreich Gelissen and in honor of her memory, Rena's promise is a promise to create a more ecumenical world unhindered by prejudice, racism or hatred by bringing young people together from all walks of life and providing them with a place to develop the cultural and creative voices of Generation NEXT. This Anthology is the result from the 2011 season at the Rena's Promise Intl. Creative Writing Camp.
Here you will meet young people from South Africa to Wales (UK), Brooklyn to Baltimore. They will make you laugh, cry, think and wonder why we aren't hearing more young people's voices. One hundred percent of the sales for this anthology go to the scholarship fund for future participants of the camp. Please help support their endeavors and their dreams.
