Overview

In a small Texas town, murder brings home the unforgotten past.
Twenty years ago, as Hurricane Althea lashed Central Texas, twelve-year-old Jordan Poteet and his friends decided to ride it out in their tree house. But in the still eye of the tempest, they raced for safety—and stumbled over the body of a beautiful girl.

So far I've read 4 Jeffrey Abbott books and I have never been disappointed! I am sure more of his books will be on my Nook and stay on my 'Favorites' list.

I loved this book! Jeff Abbott is an amazing author...the book full of twists and turns and whatnot. I keep it on my 'favorites' shelf along with all the rest of my 'Jordan Poteet Mysteries.' This book makes you thirst for more!
