Michael Patterson has over twenty years experience in the banking industry; beginning his own career straight out of high school as a teller, and working in every branch position. He started training in 2000, and is currently responsible for training and development of a $1.3 billion, 300 employee credit union in southeastern Pennsylvania. Michael facilitates workshops on diverse topics such as leadership, coaching, employee retention, and emotional intelligence. Michael frequently visits schools to discuss interviewing techniques and business ethics.
