This book changed my life in the late sixties. It's the difference in feeling like nobody to feeling like somebody. Happiness became my life style.

A friend of mine,recomended this book to me it has been the best choice of my life,this book is greatest book i have ever read,i have found my self back in life again,i was a very negative person,and very inferior reading this book ,i have build my self-steem up,i relate to people better,its a awesome book.I would recommend it to anyone. there is always a choice for every human being,

I read this book 30 years ago this month and now I'm getting a copy to give my childern to help them improve there live as much as it improved mine

I do not usually give titles at 5 stars but this book really is a classic. Maltz was a very successful plastic surgeon who realized that after he healed peoples pysical scars, some patients inner scars still existed. These early experiences lead him to develope complex theories about the human brain and how the self image and the brain work together affecting whether we are successes or failures. A very intelligent man ahead of his time gives common wisdom wrapped in complex psychological methods that will help you see your way to you goals.

I read this book many years ago and found it's insights to be exceptional. It explains so many of the things we do and why we feel as we do about ourselves. I have given many copies to friends and now I need one.
