I ordered this book at the beginning of the month and chose the 4-14 business days shipping rate, it has been over a month and I still have not received it. I contacted the seller and came to the conclusion that my order was lost somewhere in transport. Not only did I never receive my book, but when I contacted customer service about my delayed shipment, they told me to just hold tight and wait for the book to arrive because apparently it was expected to take 4-6 weeks to arrive instead of the original 4-14. I was never notified of this. I would recommend not using Barnes & Noble for ordering books, especially for school, considering how unreliable their shipping process is. I'm not impressed.

Barnes and Noble is the WORST - I rented this book for my son for college and when it was time to return it I had emergency surgery, so we missed the date to return it, when all was said and done, they refused to help me return the book and charged me WAY over what it would have been just to buy it USED as it wasn't a new book!!!- $90.52 to be exact! B&N service was horrible. I paid for expedited shipping but when I checked the status on the date it should have been received, the order was still processing. Rented the book from Barnes and Noble, waited 10 days. Called them and they told me they couldn't understand why it hadn't shipped yet but they would ship it right away. Waited 2 more days, nothing. So I called back and they told me they were out of stock that's why I didn't get my book. Well it would have been nice if someone or somewhere it told me they were out of stock before I even wasted my time. On the website it said they were in stock the entire time.
