IMPORTANT INFORMATION.....this book is missing several case studies due to text copyright restrictions! you may want to buy the hard copy book to make sure you receive all case studies.

I've used this book to teach graduate public administration courses for years and have found it to be an excellent resource.  The newly updated case  studies are helpful.

I was unable to complete an assignment because a particular section assigned to read gave message "Text not available due to copyright restrictions." I would not order text books again - no guarntee you will have access to the ENTIRE book!
