Jorell Meléndez Badillo es historiador de Puerto Rico, el Caribe y América Latina. Su trabajo se enfoca en la circulación transnacional de ideas radicales desde la perspectiva de comunidades intelectuales obreras. His previous works are The Lettered Barriada: Workers, Archival Power, and the Politics of Knowledge in Puerto Rico and Voces libertarias: Los orígenes del anarquismo en Puerto Rico. 

Jorell Meléndez-Badillo is a historian of Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin America. His work focuses on the global circulation of radical ideas from the standpoint of working-class intellectual communities.
