I found this book very easy to use. It had lots of information, directions, and tips for the new or experienced baker to create perfect puff pastry receipes. I liked the fact that it had appetizer and entree receipes as well as desert receipes. The receipes are easy to follow and the author gives her tips and other success ideas as well. This book would make a nice gift to the beginner baker as you can make your own puff pastry and/or use the frozen version sold in supermarkets everywhere. For the experienced baker, it would be another excellent book to have on their shelf to grab and make delicious puff pastry items.
