    Punctuation Plain & Simple

Diane Rodecker (Chalwriter@aol.com), a writer/columnist, 12/26/2001 Handiest Book Since 'TV Guide!' This sleek, slim book fits easily in my purse, yet is amazingly complete. It gives easy-to-follow rules and examples for every punctuation mark. Exercises after each lesson ensure understanding. If I were still teaching, I'd require students to buy it! Tomorrow I'm going to toss all other punctuation books on my shelf. On the other hand, I'll sell them - cheap! Make offer. Incidentally, the format and fonts of 'Punctuation Plain & Simple' make this book easy on the eyes, even my highly astigmatic ones!

    Punctuation Plain & Simple

A reviewer 12/27/2002 Best Guide!! This primer on punctuation lives up to its tall order of making that tricky aspect of grammar and accepted conventions of good writing so plain and simple. The rules are lucidly explained with the help of illuminating examples and the text breezes without prickly pedantry. Indeed, an essential guide for anyone who aspires to command the finer points of good punctuation. - Tan Hoo Chwoon
