Puppy's Tail

Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature
In this shaped board book, a tan puppy with floppy ears wonders why he has a tail. He knows that fish need theirs to swim, monkeys need them to climb and cows use their tails to swat flies. His tail is useful because it can express his joy as he happily wags it when his little owner appears in the last scene. Not much to the story and the gimmick is a fuzzy felt tail attached to the spine of the book. It appears to be fairly sturdy and if pulled off can probably be glued back on with no trouble. Part of a series entitled "Animal Tails." 2002, Tiger Tales,
