I totally LOVE this book. Besides actually making me cry, it also challenged me to look more deeply into my own life and calling. I seriously recommend this book to anyone who truly wants to serve God. Really, Sister Freaks is awesome!

I read this devo all the way through when i first got it. While it does cover sexual purity, it is about so much more than that. Even though i have already gone through it at least 3 times, i still find myself going back to it time and again. Very highly recomended to woman of all ages.

This is awesome. It is a flexible devo, so I can put it down for a few days if I need to...but I don't want to! I know from experience that it is considered "uncool" for a teen girl to want to wait for her husband. But this book is showing me that it really is a wonderful thing, and what God has called us to do. And that's beside the fact that Rebecca St. James is just awesome... I want to meet her. This is a must-read. :)

This 90-day devotional is truly an inspiring book for any teen to read to build and strengthen a relationship and understanding with God.

Each day consists of a verse from the Bible, a reflection about an experience the author had that relates to the verse, a "looking further" segment about how to achieve better peace of mind, spirit, etc. and then finally a "living it out" part where the author gives tips on how to live out the day's lesson to better your life.

Rebecca St. James writes a very helpful book that any teen can appreciate. This inspiring and thought-provoking devotional is sure to please Christian readers.

The writing style is crisp and easy to understand:

Many people think of being pure as an action--something they must do--rather than... something they can be.

For time-sensitive people, this is a wonderful devotional tool. Using the book as intended, devotions take less than five minutes a day. Each day is divided into three sections: Reflection, where the topic is introduced; Looking Further, where a deeper study enriches; and Living It Out, where a challenge is given. A myriad of topic include perfectionism, body image, her fifteen years in Christian music, and insecurity.

I heartily recommend this to all ages who would like to be pure for Christ in mind, body, and spirit.
