Meet the Author

In today's world, some say God doesn't perform miracles.
Don't tell that to Jeff Terry or his family. At age 3, doctors told his family he would never talk, or be able to communicate in a way the rest of us are accustomed. Today, Jeff Terry is a specially gifted young man with autism, whose gifts and talents truly show the miracle of God's healing touch.
In still another example of God's healing power, Jeff lost part of his index finger in a swing set accident as a young boy, and yet the talent and artistry you see in the drawings in this book come from the hand of this incredible young man as he holds his pencil in his fist, as you and I would hold a hammer. The innocence and insight you see in the drawings come from his mind.
Jeff is a giving and learned young man. He loves volunteering in his community, recycling paper, and helping pack food at his church each week for their backpack ministry. He spends hours each week at the local library, learning about the animals he draws and writes about, and he has countless family-friendly movies memorized, often re-enacting scenes from them to the entertainment of his family and friends.
It is the hope of Jeff Terry and his family that his books will be an encouragement to others that as Jeff's favorite Bible Verse says "...with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26
