Meet the Author

J. Sterling Livingston was on the faculty of the Harvard Business School from 1941 to 1971. He founded the Sterling Institute Institute, a management consulting firm specializing in executive training and development, in 1967 and served as a Chairman of the Washington DC-based institute until 1998.
