I'm currently using this textbook with my beginning/mixed-level group. It's well-organized and effective. The listenings are a bit high-level for some of the students in the class, but there's a lot of vocabulary work beforehand and the vocab is used in later exercises, so it helps the students use the new words. All in all a good ESL textbook.

This was a great find for my community college ESL class. interesting topics, some multicultural content, vocabulary previews before the listening exercises. My students like it, so that makes my job easy!

This is one of the best ESL textbooks to come out in a long time. Most of the topics are right on target with what my students are interested in as well as their needs for language skills. Would definitely recommend!
